The right collaborations can produce awe-inspiring results. The latest example of design and performance synergy comes from Princess Yachts and Fendi Casa for the new Princess Superyacht 98.
The 30 meter yacht debuted with an owner’s suite and four guest cabins for a total accommodation of 10 guests in addition to separate quarters for a staff of up to six persons. The superyacht features complete interiors by Fendi Casa with a wonderful mix of cool and warm tones that only a top design house such as Fendi could pull off so elegantly.
The rooms include furniture and accent pieces (wall lamps, wall panels, bedding and more) with a wonderful use of color palettes and textures. For example, the plush bedding of the master stateroom features a few different types of soft textures as well as the panel covered wooden base of the bed.
A few discreet Fendi details such as a Fendi monogrammed rug made more subtle in a monochromatic color scheme and a single Fendi logo throw pillow tossed in front of solid color pillows remind yacht owners and guest that the design house have contributed to the magic of the design.
The British and Italian luxury firms have been working alongside one another since the first time Fendi Casa did full interiors for Princess 98.
